You have live chat with support on namecheap, you can ask what features they are providing.

Www.evovps.com is down,but my site fortunately is up and running.Also thet momment i wanted to make a backup
to be sure because im afraid, that momment 2 days ago... evovps site went offline.Now i have no backup nothing
Even from cpanel.

I hope everything goes well,i dont care about money,
I care about my 12 years of work at evovps and files the most.
